Electrifying Performance

This powertrain can launch the Volvo EX30 from a standstill up to 60 miles per hour in just 5.1 seconds, and it allows the SUV to travel an EPA-estimated 275 miles between charges.

The other powertrain includes a battery pack and two electric motors. With this option, the Volvo EX30 can accelerate to 60 miles per hour in a mere 3.4 seconds. SUVs motivated by this top-of-the-line powertrain have an EPA-estimated driving range of 265 miles.

Charging Time

With DC Fast Charging it's possible to bring the Volvo EX30 from a 10 percent charge up to 80 percent capacity in as little as 26.5 minutes. The Volvo EX30 has an interior display that allows you to specify the rate at which your SUV will charge and the capacity you want to reach. You can even set a route to a specific charging station, and the Volvo EX30 will precondition the battery to retain optimal charging temperatures.

Cabin and Tech Features

This new Volvo SUV is equipped with advanced safety features such as a door opening alert that warns you if a cyclist is approaching when you exit the car. An upgraded version of Park Pilot Assist is also standard. This feature can park the SUV in curved, parallel, perpendicular, and diagonal parking spots.

A 12.3-inch tablet-style infotainment display comes with a full suite of Google services. Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ connectivity, voice commands, and over-the-air updates are all standard.
